Report honestly
Submit reports based on real experiences — interviews you actually had, processes you went through, outcomes you received. The goal is to give future job seekers an accurate picture, not to advocate for or against any company.
- Report what you directly experienced or have reasonable basis to believe is true.
- Be accurate about stages, timelines, and outcomes.
- It is fine to report a positive or negative experience — accuracy matters, not sentiment.
- Some report forms include an optional private note for your own added context. It is not included in public company evidence and does not contribute to scoring.
What to avoid
The following are not acceptable on Ollia:
- False or fabricated information — do not submit reports you know to be untrue or events that did not happen.
- Confidential or proprietary content — do not include internal documents, trade secrets, or information you obtained under a confidentiality agreement.
- Identifying information about individuals — do not name or describe specific recruiters, hiring managers, or colleagues in ways that could identify them.
- Harassment, threats, or retaliation — do not use Ollia to target, threaten, harass, dox, or retaliate against individuals or organizations, including attempts to expose someone's private identity.
- Discriminatory, hateful, or violent content — content based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic is not permitted.
- Coordinated or incentivized submissions — do not submit reports on behalf of others or in exchange for compensation.
How submissions are used
Ollia uses qualifying structured submissions in aggregate. Individual Ghost and Workforce Stability submissions are not published as public reviews.
Submission fields must satisfy the form's validation and these guidelines. Community evidence that does not meet a category's qualification requirements does not produce a public category assessment.
Company corrections and disputes
If you represent a company and believe data on Ollia is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, you can submit a correction request through the company issue form. Include the company name, the specific data point in question, and what you believe the correct information to be.
We review correction requests and may update data, add context, or note disputed information. Because Ollia's signals are derived from aggregated reports, we cannot guarantee removal of any particular score or signal based on a single request.
Users can also use the “Report an issue with this company page” link at the bottom of any company dossier.
