These terms explain what Ollia is, what you can expect from it during private beta, and what we expect from you. We've written them in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, reach us at the support page.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Ollia, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the product. If we make material changes, we'll update this page and reflect the new date at the top.

What Ollia does

Ollia is an early candidate-side company signal platform. It helps job seekers research companies, save companies to a watchlist, view early salary and company signals, access public WARN research sources, and submit hiring-process experiences such as ghost reports and stability signals.

Private beta status

Ollia is currently in private beta. Features, scoring methodology, and data coverage are actively evolving and may change without notice. Company coverage is incomplete, and some signals are based on limited sample sizes.

User accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate information when creating an account. Ollia may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines.

User-submitted reports and support messages

When you submit a ghost report, stability signal, or support message, you're confirming the information reflects your own experience or a good-faith understanding, consistent with our Community Guidelines. Ollia may use, aggregate, and moderate submissions as described in our Privacy Notice.

Responsible use

Use Ollia for personal, non-commercial job-search research. Please don't:

  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to overload the service.
  • Submit false, fabricated, or misleading reports.
  • Use Ollia to harass, threaten, or target any person or organization.

No guarantee of complete or real-time company data

Ollia does not guarantee that company data — including salary ranges, ghost rates, stability signals, or Honesty Scores — is complete, current, or error-free. Signals are derived from aggregated reports and public sources that vary in coverage, timeliness, and accuracy across companies and states.

No legal, employment, or financial advice

Ollia is a research tool, not legal, employment, or financial advice. Nothing on Ollia should be relied on as a substitute for your own judgment, professional advice, or direct verification with an employer or the relevant government agency.

Third-party links and public sources

Ollia links to third-party and public government sources, including state WARN and workforce agency pages linked from our WARN Research Center. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, the content, accuracy, or availability of external sites.

Changes to the service

Ollia may add, change, or remove features, and may update these terms, as the private beta evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
