WARN Research Center

Check official WARN and workforce-reduction notice sources before you invest time in a company — before you apply, interview, or accept an offer.

One signal, not a verdict

A WARN notice is one workforce-risk signal, not a final judgment about a company. This page provides direct access to official state sources. Matched WARN filings may also appear on company dossiers as public-record Workforce Activity.

What WARN notices are

WARN notices are public records filed by employers with state labor or workforce agencies, typically ahead of a large layoff or workforce reduction. There is no single national feed — every state publishes its own layoff and closure notices, in its own format, on its own cadence.

Some states provide searchable databases. Others provide PDFs or spreadsheets, and some update less consistently than others. Ollia links to official state sources so you can continue your own research directly with the agency that publishes them.

WARN evidence is not included in the Honesty Score. Matched filings may appear on company dossiers as public-record Workforce Activity, separate from Workforce Stability. This page does not predict outcomes or rate any employer today.
